THE HOUSE

Berry beach farm is a large family home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large TV/Games room for the kids (big and small), 2 separate living areas, 2 outdoor seating areas and lots of outdoor space to kick the football, run around, organise games, ride bikes or just walk through the forest. We have an outdoor BBQ and large fully fenced pool area.

​There is an outdoor fire pit for those milder evenings and the property is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and a double-sided open fireplace in the lounge room.

Accommodation:
Bed 1 - Main bedroom, queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom
Bed 2 - study, desk and one double bed
Bed 3 - Queen size bed and walk in robe
Bed 4 - Twin single beds, walk in robe
Bed 5 - Queen size bed and built in

We also have a port-a-cot and highchair

 

All linen and bath towels are provided.

 

Check in time is 3pm, check out at 10am.

On regular weekends we can often allow early check in and late check out.

​Please note that as this is a rural property there are unfenced dams and creeks nearby so non-swimmers and small children should be supervised.
